Membership Sites| Overcoming The Confusion

This is going to get straight to the matter and guts of what many go through when seeking out the right formulation in creating a membership site.

It does not have to be so difficult gang. I say this from my own past struggle with it and to tell you the truth it took me three years to finally pull the trigger and get over what I finally learned was keeping me from creating my membership site.

FEAR.... Yup, it all boiled down to all the junk I kept letting in my brain from too much research about membership sites. I was afraid to select one script over the other... Waiting for that perfect one to land in my lap.

Too many choices... To many reviews that were self serving... Too much confusion...

So I finally said enough is enough and went to the war room for one last stab at making a decision once and for all. This is where I knew I would get the most honesty as long as I was in the right thread.

While I am certain there are way more membership sites out there, I am not going to tell you all of them. I will only tell you what I personally selected and WHY..

Tada.. So here's the deal, after my three years of testing free membership site scripts, being a beta tester for Kajabi, noodling around with Ning and having nothing but frustration with A-member, I got serious. I dropped the barriers that were holding me back... What was the biggest hold back of all? The money... I was so friggin determined to figure all this stuff out myself and to do it without spending the cash that it ended up costing me valuable time and wasted efforts.

My final decision came from the Warrior Forum with the folks I trust to give it to me straight.

I took a deep breath and ordered Digital Access Point aka DAP and tied it in with Optimize Press.

After seeking wise council from the war room, I of course check out both of these companies. What I look for when purchasing anything online or offline is value and customer service along with knowing the product will serve my needs.

Here are the two key elements I needed:

• The functionality of a membership site script that would work easily with Wordpress. I also needed to know that my content including video tutorials and pdf files would be secure and only seen by my members that pay for the membership.
• The ease of creating modules with style and graphics and video tutorials to walk me through the set up of it all.

DAP and Optimize Press BOTH have these very important elements that fit my personal needs.

With me it's all about the training. In most cases up until DAP and O.P, the training was only in writing. No video tutorials to show how to do it right in many of the license scripts. Not that I found anyway.

I am a hands on and visual learner. This is why I teach my members with video tutorials. Some of us just learn better that way.

The tutorials with both companies are easy to follow. Not confusing at all and get your mind thinking clearly on how to get your membership site up and running with all the components in place.

No more confusion, no more sitting on the fence. Also, both of these companies are awesome if you have any questions. I have had three questions in total. Two from DAP and One from O.P. my questions were answered by each company within 20 minutes of sending in a support ticket. SAWEET...
